Payment Policy

Deposit

Upon order confirmation, customers pay a 50% deposit so that TC Handcraft can begin the design mockup and prepare for production.

Remaining balance

The remaining 50% is due once the product is finished, either before or upon delivery, depending on the specific agreement between both parties for each order.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer, using the details TC Handcraft provides with your quote.
• Cash, if paid in person at the workshop address.
