JCI Leadership Medal Chain
A custom design for JCI: a metal chain of laser-engraved leaf-shaped links joined by metal rings, with a lotus-shaped centerpiece engraved with the JCI emblem. Each small link is engraved with the name and term year of a chapter president — a new link is added every year as the next president takes office, suited to inauguration ceremonies and periodic leadership transitions.
